Our client, a dynamic technology solutions company specializing in ERP, CRM, and digital transformation solutions based in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive – Social Media & Content.

JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will manage and grow the social media presence while developing high-quality content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. He/She will combine strong storytelling skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube).
  • Develop engaging content including posts, blogs, case studies, videos, and email campaigns.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience.
  • Track performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and product) to align marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO and digital visibility.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Run paid campaigns (Social ads, Google ads) and optimize for ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Having worked in IT solutions company will be an added advantage
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tool is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
